These General Terms and Conditions of Business govern the relationship between rrc and the user of the website. The Data Privacy Notice published separately on the website forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Business. By visiting the website, the user accepts the validity of these General Terms and Conditions including the Data Privacy Notice. rrc supplies products purchased in the online shop based exclusively on these General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of every contract concluded with a customer (the person placing the order) in the online shop. Before each purchase, the customer explicitly confirms their acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions including the Data Privacy Notice. rrc reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions and/or the Data Privacy Notice at any time. The valid General Terms and Conditions of Business (including the Data Privacy Notice) are those published on this website at the time of its use.

A customer who is not yet of legal age can enter into contracts only to a limited extent in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. By explicitly accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Business when ordering a product in the online shop, the customer confirms that he is entitled to purchase the goods.

Product prices are quoted including VAT, net in Swiss Francs (CHF) and Euro (EUR). Prices are subject to change.

Payment method
Orders can be placed against prepayment only. Goods will be shipped out only after receipt of the prepayment.

Purchase by invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview.

When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC, POWERPAY’s GTC. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

Delivery, packaging and shipping costs
Goods are always delivered in standard commercial packaging by letter/parcel post to the recipient addresses specified by the customer.

The goods are dispatched as quickly as possible, generally no later than five working days after receipt of payment. rrc guarantees the appropriate packing for regular shipping. Delays may occur in connection with local public holidays.

Shipping times depend on the terms and conditions of the parcel company commissioned by rrc. rrc assumes no liability for compliance with the delivery times advertised by the parcel company.

rrc cannot accept any liability for the non-delivery or late delivery of products. In both cases rrc is entitled to retain the full purchase price.

All orders from rrc under CHF 30 are subject to packaging and shipping costs. The shipping costs are displayed to the customer during the order process.

All products are delivered in perfect condition in accordance with to the product specifications. rrc guarantees the high quality of the products only within the specified shelf life when stored correctly (protected from light and heat).

Once purchased, products of flawless quality cannot be exchanged or returned.

Accurate customer information
The information you are asked to provide for orders must be complete and truthful. rrc reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract in the event of incorrect or incomplete information in this regard.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies with the exclusion of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction
is CH-9000 St.Gallen.
